Robert Scheddin

DMD, MS, FICOI, FAAIP

Dr. Robert Scheddin earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University. He received a master's degree in health science at Drexel College of Medicine, while conducting research at the UPenn School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Scheddin earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
 

Dr. Scheddin is trained in implantology and has undergone an advanced credentialing process where he earned a fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and with the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP). Dr. Scheddin also completed the NYU College of Dentistry’s advanced Full Mouth Rehabilitation program; an intensive additional year training, focused on comprehensive treatment for complex cases and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Scheddin believes in staying at the forefront of dentistry to provide the highest possible standard of care for his patients. In addition to working on fifth avenue in Manhattan, he has earned several certifications, which include botox, filler and most notably an advanced course in computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/ CAM) dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) as well as the New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA).       

 

Dr. Scheddin provides a wide array of comprehensive treatments for his patients, which include all phases of dentistry. He has extensive experience in restorative, prosthetic, surgical, and aesthetic dentistry. He stays up-to-date on the latest ground breaking dental practices and procedures, providing his patients with top notch, innovative treatments that are natural and long lasting.       

 

Dr. Scheddin enjoys making a difference in his patient's lives and vows to continue to improve the overall oral health of his community. His mission in dentistry is to be compassionate and compelling, making his patient's concerns a priority while actively engaging them in improving their oral health. In his spare time he enjoys making memories with his fiancé, family and friends, weightlifting, and playing catch with his King Charles Cavalier, Theodore.
